How does self check-in work?
On the day of arrival, you will receive an access code by email and text message. You can use this to check in independently at the terminal in the entrance area – without having to go to reception.

When can I check into my room?
Your room will be ready for you from 3 p.m. at the latest on the day of arrival.
How do I open the door with my smartphone?
Simply enter your reservation number and last name, swipe the arrow toward the door, and the door will open with your digital key (mobile key).
I would prefer a room card – is that possible?
Yes. You can code a physical room card yourself at the self check-in terminal at any time.
How do I reach the hotel by public transportation?
From Innsbruck Central Station, take bus line 404 towards Grinzens and get off at the “Götzner Hof” stop (travel time approx. 20 minutes, 40 m walk). Further information can be found here.
Is the Götznerhof barrier-free?
No, as it is an old Tyrolean house, there is no elevator. The rooms are not specially equipped for wheelchairs.
Is there WiFi in the hotel?
Yes, free of charge.

Is there daily room cleaning?
No, only final cleaning is provided. Brooms and dustpans are available in the laundry room.
However, all rooms have drinking water quality directly from the tap.

Is there a TV?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with a TV.
Is there a ski/bike room?
Yes, there is a heated ski/bike room in the basement.
Where can I rent e-bikes or mountain bikes?

Is breakfast available at the hotel?
No, we do not offer breakfast. However, there is a bakery directly opposite the hotel.
Is there a snack machine?
Yes, there is a snack machine in the lounge.
When do I have to check out?
On the day of departure by 11:00 a.m. After that, your mobile key will be automatically deactivated.
How do I return my room card?
Please place the room card in the designated box at the check-in kiosk.
I have a different billing address (e.g., company) – what should I do?
Enter it under “My reservation” – you will automatically receive the receipt by email.
Are there laundry facilities at the hotel?
Yes, on the second floor you will find a washing machine, dryer, and iron (coin-operated).
Are there play facilities for children?
A small playroom is available. A public playground is just a few minutes’ walk away (Unterer Feldweg, Götzens).
What is included in the emergency cabinet?
Accessible 24/7: toilet paper, tissues, shampoo, and shower gel. The cabinet is located on the first floor. On the second floor, you will find spare bed linen and towels.
Can I smoke in my room?
No. Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire building. Ashtrays are available on the balconies and terrace.
Please note: Violations will result in a cleaning fee, and in the event of a fire alarm, the costs of a fire department call must be paid by the person who caused the damage.
