General Terms and Conditions of Götznerhof Besitz GmbH
1. Scope, contracting parties, and conclusion of contract
These terms and conditions apply to contracts for the rental of rooms for accommodation and all related services provided by Götznerhof Besitz GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “Götznerhof”), Marktgraben 16, 6020 Innsbruck, Austria.
The contracting parties are Götznerhof and the guest. If a third party has booked one or more rooms for the guest, they are jointly and severally liable to Götznerhof with the guest for all obligations arising from the contracts concluded. In this case, the guest and the third party are jointly and severally liable.
A contract is concluded when payment of the total booking amount has been made by credit or debit card during the online booking process or at the check-in terminal in the case of direct bookings. The Götznerhof will send an electronic booking confirmation to the guest. Subletting or otherwise transferring the rented rooms to third parties, as well as their use for purposes other than accommodation, require the prior written consent of the Götznerhof.
By concluding the contract, the contractual partner acquires the right to the normal use of the rented rooms and the facilities of the Götznerhof that are normally available to guests for use without special conditions. Guests of the Götznerhof are aware of the fact that the staff of the Götznerhof is only available to a very limited extent and that guests must act responsibly.
2. Booking and cancellation
Bookings can be made online or at the check-in terminal. The entire booking amount must be paid in advance by credit card or Maestro card.
The contractual partner has no right to be provided with specific rooms unless this has been explicitly agreed.
After the contract has been concluded, the guest may withdraw from the contract up to 7 days before the booked date. If a special agreement has been made with the guest in writing granting them a free right of withdrawal outside the applicable 7-day period, the guest may withdraw from the contract free of charge until that time. The right of withdrawal expires if the guest does not exercise it in writing to the Götznerhof by the agreed date. If no free right of withdrawal outside the applicable 7-day period has been agreed in writing, the Götznerhof is entitled to charge the agreed prices and debit them from the guest’s credit card in the event of cancellation by the guest, unless the guest’s cancellation is due to circumstances for which the Götznerhof is responsible. The Götznerhof recommends that guests take out travel cancellation insurance in any case.
If a free right of withdrawal for the guest has been agreed in writing within a certain period, Götznerhof is entitled to withdraw from the contract during this period if there are inquiries from other guests for the contractually booked rooms and the guest does not waive their right of withdrawal upon inquiry by Götznerhof.
Furthermore, the Götznerhof is entitled to withdraw from the contract on exceptional grounds, for example if:
– force majeure or other circumstances beyond the control of Krone Mosnang make it impossible to fulfill the contract;
– rooms are booked under misleading or false statements of material facts, e.g., regarding the identity of the guest or the purpose of the stay;
– Götznerhof has reasonable grounds to believe that the use of the services of the establishments may jeopardize the smooth running of the business, the safety or the reputation of the establishments in public, without this being attributable to the sphere of control or organization of Götznerhof;
– there is a violation of point 1, second paragraph, of these General Terms and Conditions;
– makes significantly disadvantageous use of the premises or, through their inconsiderate, offensive, or otherwise grossly
inappropriate behavior, makes the other guests, the owner, their staff, or third parties residing in the accommodation establishment feel uncomfortable about living together, or commits a punishable offense against the property, morality, or physical safety of these persons;
– is infected with a contagious disease or a disease that will last beyond the duration of the accommodation, or otherwise requires care;
– the stay is illegal.
If the Götznerhof withdraws for the above reasons, the guest shall not be entitled to compensation.
3. Check-in and check-out at the Götznerhof
Check-in takes place via the terminal provided for this purpose. Guests will receive their room card directly from the terminal after completing check-in.
The room card must be returned to the box provided for this purpose when leaving the Götznerhof. The room is available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival at the latest. On the agreed day of departure, rooms must be vacated by 11 a.m. at the latest. The Götznerhof is entitled to charge for an additional day if the rented rooms are not vacated on time. If a room is occupied before 7:00 a.m., the previous night counts as the first night.
4. Prices and means of payment
All prices listed in price lists, on websites, or elsewhere are in euros and include statutory value-added tax. The prices are based on the contract or the underlying price lists and menu suggestions.
Booking changes entitle the Götznerhof to charge different prices, e.g., changes to the number of rooms booked or the length of stay of guests.
The following means of payment and credit cards are accepted at the Götznerhof:
– Visa
– Mastercard
– Maestro
The Götznerhof does not have a staffed reception, so payment by cash or check is not possible.
5. Smoking ban and fire safety
The following fire safety regulations must be observed in all rooms of the Götznerhof.
Only items and appliances belonging to the room furnishings may be used in the Götznerhof. The use of kettles, ovens, toasters, immersion heaters, electric irons, and similar appliances is prohibited.
In accordance with the law of November 1, 2019, on tobacco and non-smoker protection, smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of the Götznerhof.
6. Children
The Götznerhof is not responsible for supervising children. Baby cots for the Götznerhof must be reserved 24 hours before arrival by email. Prices according to the price list.
7. Pets
Pets are only allowed with the consent of the Götznerhof. Guests are obliged to inform us in advance if they wish to bring a pet. If the Götznerhof agrees to allow a pet, this is on condition that the pet is under the constant supervision of the guest, is free of disease, and does not pose a danger to other guests or staff. A nightly fee of €25 per pet will be charged, and guests must bring their own dog basket or blanket. Exceptions are guide dogs, hearing dogs, and other comparable service dogs. These may be brought along free of charge at any time. In the event of gross contamination, an additional charge of €50 will be levied.
8. Parking
Free parking spaces are available for guests. The Götznerhof accepts no liability for parking damage, theft, or other damage to vehicles during the guest’s stay.
For fire safety reasons, illegally parked vehicles may be towed away at the expense of the vehicle owner.

Guests at the Götznerhof can purchase various snacks, drinks, and toiletries from the vending machine in the lounge.

The Götznerhof offers the following amenities: Wi-Fi, free parking, high-quality non-smoking rooms with TV and safe.
11. Liability
The Götznerhof is liable for guests’ belongings in accordance with the statutory provisions. The Götznerhof is only liable if the items have been handed over to persons authorized by the Götznerhof or taken to a place designated or specified by the Götznerhof.
Liability for minor negligence is expressly excluded. If the guest suffers damage or is not satisfied with the services provided by the Götznerhof, they must report this to the Götznerhof immediately, otherwise no rights can be asserted.
All claims against the Götznerhof shall expire six months after the guest’s departure, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide for longer periods.
If the contractual partner is an entrepreneur, liability for gross negligence is also excluded.
12. Internet
The Götznerhof provides free internet access via WLAN.
The Götznerhof accepts no liability for Internet malfunctions, damage caused by third parties, imported data of any kind (viruses, worms, Trojan horses, etc.), or for links to and from other websites. The Götznerhof has no control over the content and form of external websites.
The Götznerhof cannot guarantee the faultless functioning of hardware and software.
Under no circumstances shall the Götznerhof be liable to the guest or third parties for any direct, indirect, special, or other consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or any website linked to it. Any liability for lost profits,
business interruption, loss of programs, or other data in the guest’s information systems is also excluded. This also applies if express reference is made to the possibility of such damage.
13. Data protection
The Götznerhof undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the guest’s personal data. The Götznerhof provides the guest with content or services from other websites via links on this site.
These sites are not subject to the data protection guidelines of the Götznerhof.
It is recommended that you check each of these sites to determine how your data is protected.
The guest provides the Götznerhof with personal data for the purpose of communication or reservations. The Götznerhof reserves the right to use this data for marketing purposes, but you can unsubscribe by clicking on the button provided (unsubscribe from newsletter).
Cooperation with external service providers
The hotel works with bsmart services AG, Industriestrasse 2, 9487 Gamprin-Bendern, Liechtenstein, to process bookings, check-in and check-out processes, and provide digital guest services. bsmart services AG provides services on behalf of the hotel in the areas of virtual reception, booking management, and guest communication. Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations, in particular the EU GDPR and the Swiss Data Protection Act.
14. Disturbance of the peace & night surcharge
The Götznerhof is centrally located in the middle of the village.
Out of consideration for our neighbors, we ask you to observe the quiet hours (from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.). The outdoor area may also only be used to a limited extent after 10:00 p.m.
15. Final provisions
All information (in particular prices, reservations, online calculations) is provided without guarantee. The Götznerhof cannot guarantee that this data is completely up to date at all times. The Götznerhof reserves the right to change or update the information on this page at any time without prior notice. This also applies to improvements and/or changes to the products described on this page.
Changes or additions to the contract and the reservation confirmation shall always be made in writing wherever possible and will be published on the website www.goetznerhof.at.
Unilateral changes or additions are invalid. By paying for the booking, the guest accepts the General Terms and Conditions.
This contract and all disputes arising from it are subject to Austrian law.
The place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Götznerhof Besitz GbbH or the ordinary place of jurisdiction of the defendant.
